"The fruit is the hero that shines through in this fabulously drinkable,
crowd pleasing range of amazing quality wines. Specially selected
parcels of Shiraz from our own vineyard and some from long term growing
partners across Central Victoria were co-fermented on skins with
Viognier for 5-7 days to stabilize the color, enhance the aromas and
bring a li to the bright raspberry and mulberry flavors. The wine was
gently pressed and aged on French and American oak for 10 months for
velvety integrated oak tannins. Bright juicy and plush with satisfying
layers of chocolate, cigar box, leather and spice that entice you to
come back for more. Crafted for enjoyment upon release."
