6 months of aging in new French barrels (Seguin moreaux) for one part (Chardonnay and Viognier). The rest is vinified in thermo-regulated stainless steel vats and then assembled.
Tasting notes - Round attack on notes of exotic fruits. Chardonnay brings finesse, notes brioche, buttered and Viognier aromas of apricot and peach. Nice balance with Chasan bringing freshness and liveliness. The aging in new barrels during 6 months which gives structure and complexity.
