Grape varieties: Syrah, Cabernet, Grenache, Merlot
Tasting notes :
Color: Mature garnet.
Nose: ripe nose of mellow oak with overripe blackcurrant and cherry and licorice presence.
Palate: Well balanced, supple, sappy palate whose depth prevails rather than its complexity. Long, rich finish with licorice notes and with hint of vanilla. A ripe distinctive range of aromas provides wholesome pleasure.

Winemaking process - Two green harvests to decrease the yields down to 30 hl per Hectares. Fermentation under temperature control. Long maceration (20 days) with punching of the cap regularly to extract structure and tannins. 60% of the blending is aged in stainless steel vats during six months and 40% in new French oak barrel during six months.
