Lime Hill Pinot Noir has a seductive bouquet with aromas of sweet roses,ripe red cherry, red current and raspberry, as well as a calm yet clearvoice of vanilla spice and toasty wood.  On the palate – delicious! A wine for Pinot Noir fans.  Tells a story of spice and texture, soil and fruit, pinosity and region. Tannins are fine to moderate with a chalky feel, acidity is medium +, oak noticeable yet not overdone.  Balanced and well made.  Still reaching for it’s optimum harmony.
