Crafted in an off-dry style this Pinot Gris displays fragrant aromas of peach blossom, nashi pear, white peach and ripe apple with toffee and honey notes. The palate has a silky and juicy entry with ripe pear, peach and sweet mandarin. Complex, mouthfilling and nicely textured with balanced acidity and a long sweet tangelo finish.
The Japanese word 'Kirameki' signifies the rocks that shimmer alongside the one hectare of sloping Pinot Gris vines at the Northern tip of our vineyard.
