The 2019 Bendigo growing season started with calm and cool spring conditions, which continued throughout flowering giving us clusters of small even berries with ripe concentrated flavours. Estate Grown; a selection of clones from specific parts of the vineyard were hand harvested and matured for 18 months in one year-old French oak barriques.
