Domain Road vineyard is sited in a sheltered valley in the town of Bannockburn which provides a unique micro-climate, ideal for producing premium wines. Defiance vineyard is on nearby Felton Road with gently sloping North facing vines.
The Pinot Noir fruit for this Rosé comes from vines at both the Domain Road vineyard and Defiance vineyard. The same hand tended quality grapes go into making this wine as for the premium estate Pinot Noir.
