Extremely soft spring water from the distillery's own Black Forest source is used. The pièce de résistance of Monkey 47 Schwarzwald Dry Gin is the use of local lingonberries, the "secret weapon" typical to the Black Forest. Distillation and maturing is in traditional earthenware containers, resulting in Monkey 47's unrivalled complexity and quality.

Juniper, fresh tangy citrus, floral sweet notes on the nose. Peppery spices, fruit and herb flavours on the palate. Very well structured and harmoniously balanced. Racy dry finish.
