The Diamond Pinot Noir reveals Pisa’s interesting interplay of creamy delicacy and spice. The wine leads with a delightful nose of red and dark fruits, offset by whole cluster notes.
The lift of the fruit carries through the palate, developing into a medium bodied, yet graceful flow. Whilst the fruit remains light footed throughout, a line of stem infused tannin cleanses and propels the finish.

"A single vineyard wine from the Pisa sub-region - complex and varietal with aromas of dried herb and dark berries, smoky barrel spices and earthy mineral qualities. On the palate - a core of fruit with flavours of plum and red berries, raspberry and dried herb. Firm tannins and medium+ acidity, toasty barrel spices and earthy qualities complete this wine. A lovely mouth feel and finish. Best drinking from late 2021 through 2029+."

"The Diamond Block is a major part of the Torr vineyard in the Pisa subregion. Fermented with 60% whole clusters. Elegant pinot noir with dark cherry, berry, roasted chestnut, five-spice and nutty oak flavours. It's youthful and slightly closed but with the potential to blossom in the bottle."
